Quickie is the simplest form of 0.40 cu.ins racing in the UK, the main objectives are to provide racing with minimum costs, minimum rules and maximum fun. From 2007 we are going to run two classes.

CLUB class with limited engine list from a well proven and very successful range, these are to allow someone coming into pylon racing to buy one engine that can be raced in Club class and also be used as a good starting point in sport class pylon, just fit a mini pipe and smaller propeller and go. Remember if you were to find that pylon racing is not for you, you still have a good sports motor.

SPORT class (full on) to follow the EURO-CUP/428 format. See www.Q500.org for more info    What have you to loose?

Also note RCM&E back issue January 2000 with Pro-plan Short Circuit feature. Two very different models both well proven championship winners. There now several other designs available over the internet see links page. Also we hope to be able to announce sometime in 2007 a UK produced ARTF Club Q500 model.
